These rules will determine the winner of a chess game played by characters in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons.

Each of the two characters in the game will add their intelligence to their wisdom.  A bonus of +1 is allowed if the character has studied the game.  The total number of games played by each character is also recorded, and 10% of that number is added to the base already calculated.  To this number each character adds 3d8, and the highest result wins.
