Report
Doctor Petrick
Prisoner Holding Unit 39
New London Division
Department of Justice
Earth Force
--
--The prisoner Darien was delivered to me at 12:37 P.M.  He was bleeding from a small head wound.  I had also received an order to examine him to determine whether he might have been struck or drugged or otherwise rendered unconscious, and subsequently transported to earth and delivered to the power station at which he was seen consorting with known terrorists.

--Examination of the head wound revealed that it was recent, inflicted less than half an hour before examination, at a time at which records indicate the prisoner was alone in his cell.  There was no sign of any previous trauma to the prisoner's skull.
--
--Toxicology screens revealed no known drugs or toxins in the blood or dermal tissues; there was no injection site located, and saliva, urine, and stool tests were also negative for any known drug or toxin.  Overall, the prisoner is in remarkable health, free even of the standard tranquilizers provided in the water supply.
--
--Considered together, it is my conclusion that this prisoner may have inflicted the present wound upon himself, either accidentally or by intent; that he was not rendered unconscious by any means known to this department within the past ninety-six hours, nor assaulted in any way which has left physical evidence; and that he has not been a resident of New London within the past ninety days.
